Designed and handmade to order in our Texas studio. Features heavy gauge solid brass construction. Drum shade head in fixed down position.

A Beau Laiton Series light. French for beautiful brass, captures the essence of our design philosophy. This series showcases a commitment to minimalism and luxury, featuring ultra-thick solid brass shades and machined components, inset mounting hardware, and trimless or flush designs. Each piece pays homage to the finest elements of minimalist and mid-century aesthetics, offering a timeless design that enhances the beauty of the brass for any space.

CERTIFICATION

UL Certified US & Canada. Dry and damp locations. Not wet rated.

Black and white label shows UL Certified, Damp, and Handmade in USA for the Long Made Co. Cove Adjustable Spot, confirming it's UL certified for damp locations and handmade in the US—ideal for minimalist downlight designs.

FINISH OPTIONS

Available in natural brass, light oxidized brass, warm oxidized brass, and black oxidized brass. Finish samples available for purchase here. Made with live, unlacquered brass that is waxed for an even finish that will patina with time.

TRIMLESS MOUNTING

Easy installation - Includes hardware for mounting over 3 or 4 inch round standard junction boxes. Backplate includes two mounting hole options. One set at 2 1/4 inch apart and another at 2 3/4 inch apart, your junction box will need to have one of the two options. Cylinder is 4 1/4 inch diameter; sheet rock/ceiling material needs to be tidy around junction box. Cylinder is held in place with 3 inset brass machine screws.

DIMMING

All of our fixtures are fully dimmable. We recommend a quality dimmable LED bulb (Soraa, Emery Allen) and wall dimmer. Consider Forbes & Lomax wall dimmers, which are available in similar finishes.
